**RESPONSIBILITIES** **Key Responsibilities for the Role**: ✔ **Event Support & Logistics** - Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. - This can include, but not limited - Venue and vendor research - Project management - Assist in coordinating shipments, booth setup, and vendor orders. - Track registrations, schedules, and event collateral. - Assist with tracking costs and budgets - Coordinate Hotel Room blocks - Create Creative requests in Vertiv’s Wrike system ✔ **Marketing & Lead Management** - Upload and track event leads in CRM (Oracle/Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - Work with sales to ensure proper lead follow-up. - Assist in promotional campaigns related to events. - Social Posting for Vertiv Events ✔ **Administrative Support** - Order promotional items and manage inventory. - Maintain budget tracking, invoices, and vendor contracts. - Conduct research on venues, suppliers, and competitor events. ✔ **Cross-Team Collaboration** - Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product teams) to align event goals. - Communicate with vendors and partners for event coordination.Provide post-event reports and insights for future improvements. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in communications, business, marketing, or a related discipline in a marketing environment. - 4-8 years of work experience as an individual contributor in a marketing communications environment or similar. - 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a high-tech industry. - Experience in the design and execution of demand marketing programs **Preferred Qualifications**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritizes work to align with business needs - Strong working knowledge of the digital platforms used by the company such as Eloqua - marketing automation platform, Sprinkrl Social Media platform, Smartsheets, Canvas, and Wrike. Capable of providing training on the usage of these systems, and guidance to marketers using these tools. - Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint. - Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly; capable of presenting visual projects to a remote marketing organization. - Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills - Intermediate knowledge of layout and graphic design. Capable of guiding internal clients and graphic designers to an effective final piece. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude - Close attention to detail follow-up, with an extreme sense of urgency and perseverance - Ability to develop an understanding of effective marketing and its relationship to Vertiv products, services, and the sales cycle on a multinational level
