Structural Engineer Opportunity AECOM is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. This exciting role will involve participating in the structural design of various infrastructure projects, ensuring that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the company's quality management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, specifically in the design of concrete and steel structures. Experience in infrastructure projects, such as railways, highways, airports, and data centers, is highly desirable. Proficiency in structural analysis software like SAP2000, ETABS, or CSI Bridge is also required. Responsibilities: - Participate in the structural design of various infrastructure projects. - Ensure that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the company's quality management system. - Promote an integrated and multidisciplinary design approach, collaborating across different engineering disciplines. Qualifications: - Civil engineer or similar degree with +4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. - Preferably, more than 7 years of technical experience in structural engineering, specifically in the design of various types of concrete and steel structures, in accordance with international standards. - Experience in infrastructure projects (railways, light rail, highways, airports, data centers, etc.). - Proficiency in the use of structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, CSI Bridge, or similar tools.
