This position will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities to build and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable with engaging prospects across various communication channels. A high level of proficiency in English is required, as the role involves interaction with US clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals - Prospecting: Conduct prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline of potential clients - Target Identification: Identify and target potential customers within specific industries or geographies aligned with the company's service offerings - Sales Strategy: Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies, helping the sales team close deals by providing qualified leads and accurate prospect data - CRM Management: Accurately track and manage leads and sales activities in AspenView's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and reporting consistency - Collaboration: Work closely with account executives and senior sales managers to ensure smooth transition of leads and optimize sales processes - Relationship Building: Follow up on initial outreach to nurture relationships and set up meetings for sales executives - Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the company's IT services and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects - Performance Metrics: Monitor lead generation performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health - Feedback and Insights: Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales team and management, including insights into lead quality and sales opportunities - Client Engagement: Engage in initial discovery conversations, positioning AspenView as a solution provider based on the client's challenges and requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Experience: 3+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably in IT services or B2B sales - Language Skills: Advanced (fluent) English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients - Certifications: Familiarity with IT services and technology solutions is a plus; Experience with CRM platforms - Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with prospects at different levels; Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and achieve KPIs; Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities; Collaborative and willing to share insights to improve team performance
