As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable. About the Role: We’re seeking an organized and experienced Customer Service Representative who can handle a high volume of client communications and provide daily operational support with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming client calls and emails Schedule appointments and handle calendar management Maintain, update, and audit CRM records Support day-to-day administrative tasks Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Minimal accent preferred Why Join Us?
