Responsibilities Leverage the power of the strongest brand in the finance, accounting, and technology staffing and recruitment industry, managed services, and offshore workforce to place top-quality professionals in a wide variety of roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and assisting with onboarding. Establish a network of passive candidates within the technology industries, including cold-calling and sourcing through social media. Create a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication. Provide qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from the Client Services team. About You You are confident, self-motivated, smart, witty, honest, and a competitive team player who brings enthusiasm and energy to the workplace. You have at least an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology. You possess the ability to sell and develop business through relationship building. You have strong time management and organizational skills needed to meet daily and weekly metrics. You bring your A-game with a positive attitude, motivation, and a competitive edge to complement a top-performing team. You are an energetic, positive, and persistent self-starter who thrives on maintaining high levels of phone activity and seeing those efforts rewarded.
