T**he Opportunity** The Retail Specialist plays a pivotal role on our Retail Enablement team and in our clients' wins. As a Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for mining data, synthesising insights, and assisting our Business Managers with delivering actionable recommendations to key clients. You will play an invaluable part in the execution of account strategy and help make a direct impact on our client's businesses. Retail Specialists are data driven and will learn the ins and outs of our Retail Partners' systems. Retail Specialists will be trained in the specifics of how to succeed in eCommerce marketplaces and will be given the opportunity to learn the strategies that drive a successful eCommerce marketplace business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and specialise in a variety of retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target) **What You Will Do**: - Tool and Resource Proficiency: Within completion of training; demonstrate consistent knowledge of Flywheel tools, resources, and data platforms - Collaboration and Teamwork: Actively share knowledge and expertise with team members and colleagues - Time and Project Management: Routinely update stakeholders (internal and external) on project progress, expectations, and deadlines - Client Management: Establish trust with clients through transparent communication, timely deliverables, and consistent engagement - Presentation and Storytelling: Effectively delivers new information, insights and/or data driven recommendations in client presentations - Daily Tasks: - Optimize, audit, and execute required changes to product detail page elements, product details and backend metadata - Capable of leading all efforts associated with a new item launch from data aggregation to product onboarding - Monitor item, buy box and promotion eligibility, reporting and/or troubleshooting changes to core products - Maintain accuracy, integrity, and agreed cadence of internal and external reporting - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions for client and team outcomes - Assists team in promotional planning, deal submission, and day-of execution - Agent of Flywheel tool accuracy and client impact through segmentation, bug identification, and ticket escalation - Takes notes during client calls and provides follow-ups for both Flywheel and client team post-call **Who You Are**: - Ideally you have 1-3 years of experience working in an eCommerce space, working directly with clients or being deep in data analysis - You are curious and have a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment - You are an enthusiastic teammate who is open, collaborative and enjoy being a part of broader team - Exceptional communication skills and professional presence Experience with Excel and an interest in expanding your expertise You are interested in growing your career in data analysis, merchandising, eCommerce - You can understand a client goals, initiatives, catalog, category and competitive set in order to deliver day to day execution LI-KH1 **Working at Flywheel**: - We are proud to offer all Flywheelers a competitive rewards package and unparalleled career growth opportunities and a supportive, fun and engaging culture. - We have office hubs across the globe where team members can go to feel productive, inspired, and connected to others - team members go into Hub Offices 3x a week - Flexible vacation time - Great learning and development opportunities - Benefits that help you live your best life - Parental leave and benefits - Volunteering opportunities - If you're looking to connect with teammates on a topic of inclusion and identity, chances are there's an ERG for that. - Learn more about us here: Life at Flywheel **The Interview Process**: Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team.
