The Role The Hardware Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all IT hardware shipped to customers complies with the product safety regulations of the destination country. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of wireless technologies, and the ability to navigate international compliance standards. While the role does not involve people management, it requires independent decision-making, collaboration with global teams, and participation in internal audits. Who You Are Key Responsibilities: Review hardware shipment requests and assess compliance with international safety standards. Conduct technical research using OEM documentation and product specification sheets. Evaluate wireless technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) for regulatory alignment. Document decisions and maintain traceability using ServiceNow and Ariba. Participate in internal audits and peer reviews to ensure process integrity. Communicate with internal requesters and global teams in English Qualifications 7–10 years of experience in hardware compliance, regulatory affairs, or related fields. Strong understanding of international product safety standards. Experience with wireless technologies and their regulatory implications. Proficiency in ServiceNow and Ariba (or similar systems). Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). Engineering background is a plus, but not mandatory.
