This time, we are filling positions for Kaseya, a global company specializing in IT management and cybersecurity platforms, primarily targeting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT departments, powered by AI. Its goal is to simplify and automate the management of IT infrastructure, improving operational efficiency and organizational security. Kaseya has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years and serves a diverse range of industries in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints globally. Position: Oracle HCM Product Owner Location: Medellín, Colombia Type: Full-time We are seeking an Oracle HCM Product Owner to lead governance and strategy for Oracle HCM systems on a global scale. This individual will manage all related products and platforms, including Greenhouse, SPIFF Cloud, ADP, CultureAmp, Absorb Learning, BSwift, and Salesforce. You will partner with IT and business leaders to shape the architecture, define roadmaps, and drive process innovation, while staying close to system details and ensuring a customer-centric experience. Key Responsibilities - Lead development and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business priorities - Act as a subject matter expert, driving innovation and continuous improvement in HCM systems - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into product specifications - Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals - Provide hands-on guidance on requirements, system design, and delivery - Oversee business process governance and workflow across HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and time/labor - Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure delivery milestones are met - Ensure compliance with regulations and internal security and governance standards - Manage integrations and strategy for related platforms (Greenhouse, ADP, Salesforce, etc.) - Facilitate adoption of new processes, tools, and enhancements across departments Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of professional experience, including industry exposure - 10+ years in IT leadership roles with strong Oracle ERP and HCM knowledge - 7+ years in product ownership or related roles - Hands-on experience managing full-cycle HR systems and workflows - Proven track record driving governance and standardization efforts - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and related systems - Ability to communicate across business and technical audiences - Conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently resolving complex issues - Strong financial systems expertise and experience implementing secure, scalable systems - Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry is a plus - Working knowledge of Salesforce and other SaaS platforms is an advantage - Ability to lead change management and user adoption initiatives - Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and aligned with business strategy Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field - Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
