As a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with deep knowledge in Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes, you will provide localized support during business hours across the Americas. - Provide expert support and resolution for incidents, service requests, and problems within the SAP SD and MM modules, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Lead and participate in troubleshooting complex production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions for SD and MM processes. - Proactively find and implement improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP SD and MM functionalities. - Work on Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, and Minor Enhancements based on evolving business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules. - Participate in weekly operational calls with business stakeholders for the respective modules, providing status updates and gathering requirements. - Document acquired knowledge to facilitate sharing and training within the team. - Work collaboratively with teams located in different global locations, delivering on project and support needs. Key Requirements: - Minimum five years of SAP experience in Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay - Pharma experience (FDA-regulated industry) is a plus. - GxP requirements experience. - Excellent understanding of integration touchpoints - Prior Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) is desired. - Strong oral and written communication skills, both in english and spanish.
