Job summary We're now hiring our first AI Engineer—someone who thrives in a blank-canvas environment and is ready to build powerful AI systems from scratch that help us move faster and smarter. Responsibilities - Identify opportunities for AI-powered process automation across sales, marketing, operations, and client delivery. - Build custom AI agents or workflows using tools like N8N, OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, and other AI platforms. - Turn high-level business ideas or pain points into scalable, documented AI systems. - Continuously test, refine, and improve automations to maximize speed, accuracy, and ROI. - Track performance metrics and own outcomes for the AI systems you create. - Stay on top of new tools, frameworks, and trends in AI/automation—and bring creative ideas to the team. - Help build out the role and function of AI within the company from scratch. Skills & Experience We're Looking For - Strong experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, Claude, Hugging Face, etc.). - Experience with automation platforms like N8N, Zapier, Make, etc. - Familiarity with building custom workflows, agents, or integrations using APIs. - Basic to intermediate coding/scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus). - Ability to translate real business needs into practical, usable AI automations. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
