Overall - Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation & proposal through closure; - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; - Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management; - Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency; - Implement processes to ensure successful delivery; - Identify critical delivery issues and address them proactively; - Communicate team issues and concerns to leadership. 2. Client Ownership - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle; - Build and maintain strong client relationships; - Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed updates; - Manage client feedback and address issues promptly. 3. Financial Management - Develop and manage project estimates and budgets; - Monitor financials, including expenses and profitability; - Prepare financial reports and forecasts; - Manage team member compensation; - Ensure healthy margins. 4. Delivery Management - Lead project teams in planning, execution, and delivery; - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; - Use project management methodologies to ensure success; - Identify and mitigate risks; - Monitor client satisfaction; - Manage resources and finances; - Handle expectations and escalations; - Implement best practices and process improvements. 5. Team Management - Oversee work of project team members; - Foster collaboration and professional growth; - Conduct performance evaluations; - Establish efficient processes; - Mentor and coach team members; - Ensure team happiness and career development; - Coordinate recruiting and promotions. Must Haves - At least 4 years of experience in project/delivery management; - Experience as a delivery manager; - Experience managing projects from start to end, including pre-sales activities; - Strong financial knowledge and experience managing budgets and negotiations; - Experience managing external clients; - Proficiency in project management tools; - Excellent English, communication, and leadership skills. Nice to Haves - Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field; - Experience working cross-functionally with developers, project managers, and account managers; - Proven ability to prepare proposals and manage pre-sales; - Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills; - Strong team orientation and stakeholder influence; - Excellent client management skills.
