Collaboration Partner on fire safety strategies. Align projects with brand standards and safety requirements. Advocate for architectural priorities in cross-functional meetings. Ownership Manage architectural project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with guidelines and codes. Lead strategic planning for the Architecture team. Qualifications 8+ years of architectural experience. 5+ years in hospitality architecture. Proficiency with Bluebeam Revue. Fluent in English and Spanish. Willingness to travel 40% or more. Preferred Skills Successful project delivery record. Experience in Luxury Hospitality Design. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
