Contact Center Manager Responsible for leading a regulated-industry contact center team, liaising with VCloud clients, and ensuring operational excellence and compliance while coordinating small-to-midscale technical projects (IVR enhancements, reporting deployments, process improvements) to meet client and organizational objectives.
