The successful candidate will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, drive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements focused on strategic outcomes, and lead 3 to 4 managed services engagements concurrently supported by consultants in India and Colombia. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Significant experience in business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture - Solid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform and its architecture - 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce Platform - Strong written and oral communication skills - Client-facing experience in pre-sales activities, project management/ownership, discovery and design, and delivering solution options to customers - Experience writing user stories with estimation/sizing and release planning - Certified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
