As our **Corporate Marketing and Communications Specialist,** you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering impactful content across multiple platforms and formats. If you are a proactive thinker with the ability to inspire and connect with diverse audiences, this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities** - **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and brand guidelines. - **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications, reinforcing our global brand identity across industries, products, and services. - **Market Research**: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, client behaviours, and competitive dynamics, enhancing strategy development and decision-making. - **Campaign Management**: Lead global marketing campaigns, ensuring cultural and regional relevance, and achieving measurable results. - **Digital Marketing**: Manage and optimise digital channels including social media, SEO, and online advertising to promote services and products. - **Partnerships and Collaborations**: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, partners, and consultants, enhancing the company’s network and influence. - **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and performance-driven culture. - **Content Development**: Produce high-quality content for programmes, services, and products in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support client and sales objectives. - **Crisis Communication**: Develop and implement a crisis communication plan to address and mitigate the impact of negative media or online feedback. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to drive synergy and ensure effective cross-functional marketing initiatives, also driving effective results in high priority additional tasks when needed. **Qualifications** - Proven background or experience in corporate marketing, communications, or content strategy, ideally within luxury industries such as hospitality, real estate, finance, or luxury asset management. - Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms. - Expertise in leading teams, managing projects, and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Deep understanding of global and regional market trends, client behaviours, and competitive landscapes. - Ability to think quickly and implement effective crisis communication strategies in high-pressure situations. - A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
