About the Role: Provide personalized assistance to guests, helping with restaurant reservations, event tickets, and local recommendations. Coordinate special services such as transportation, tours, and activities, and handle unique or special requests for celebrations. Offer detailed information about the area and hotel to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Manage pre-arrival communication and travel planning with incoming guests. Ensure the guest experience is seamless once reservations are confirmed. Anticipate guest needs by recommending, booking, and confirming transportation, activities, and dining options in advance. Coordinate and plan personalized details based on special occasions, preferences, and requests shared before arrival. Gather and record relevant information promptly to enable all departments to execute their tasks effectively. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, attending to special requests, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries related to hotel services, operating hours, staff, events, directions, etc. Requirements: Experience in providing personalized tourism experiences and handling guest complaints for at least 6 months. Knowledge of local services, attractions, and culture. Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift. English proficiency at B2 level; knowledge of a third language is desirable.
