Service Growth Manager We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of our service business in the Americas. As a Service Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement playbooks, value-based selling tools, and customer-facing materials tailored to our service offerings. - Drive CRM usage and pipeline discipline to improve forecast accuracy and opportunity visibility. - Lead onboarding and upskilling initiatives across the regional service salesforce (commercial and technical). - Align sales processes, KPIs, and best practices across the LAM countries. - Support strategic pricing execution and value communication in collaboration with Product Management. - Ensure the adoption of sales enablement platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to measure impact. Job Requirements: - University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in service sales, commercial enablement, or service product management—preferably in an industrial, capital equipment, or technology environment. - Experience in launching and scaling strategic initiatives across multiple countries. - Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus). - CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics). - Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time (approx. 60–100 days per year) within LAM.
