Sales Development Representative (SDR / Setter) | Remote | Full-Time Are You a Persistent, Hungry Sales Setter Who Knows How to Book Appointments That Convert? OPEN TO ANYONE IN COLOMBIA Do you love connecting with people, starting conversations, and keeping leads moving through a sales pipeline? We’re looking for a driven and reliable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our marketing agency’s sales team. You’ll be the front line of our sales process— starting conversations, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our closers. What Makes This Role Different? Inbound + Outbound Lead Engagement • Handle warm leads from our Facebook Ads and other channels • Reach out via Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn, Email, and Instagram • Follow scripts, customize outreach, and personalize messages to boost conversions Follow-Up That Doesn’t Quit • Persistent without being pushy—follow up across multiple touchpoints • Stay organized using our tools (ClickUp, Notion, GHL optional) • Track every touch and make sure no lead falls through the cracks You’ll Be Trained, But Expected to Own Your Results • Use proven scripts—but we’ll count on you to adapt when needed • Set 10+ qualified appointments per week • You’ll be measured by booked appointments and conversion rates You’re Not Just Talking—You’re Qualifying • Ask the right questions to weed out tire kickers • Pass warm, qualified leads to our closers • Know when to push, and when to move on Must-Have Skills & Traits ️ Excellent written and verbal communication in English ️ Persistent and resilient—you love the chase ️ Highly organized—knows how to manage dozens of leads at once ️ Coachable and fast to implement feedback ️ Tech-savvy: experience with any of GHL, ClickUp, Notion, CRM tools is a bonus ️ Experience in digital marketing or lead gen agencies is a big plus Growth Opportunity This isn’t just a setter job.
