About the Role We are seeking a passionate Ruby on Rails Developer with over 5 years of full-stack development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for Ruby and Rails, with extensive experience in building and maintaining high-quality web applications. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails. Write and maintain tests using RSpec, Minitest, and FactoryBot. Implement front-end components using StimulusJS. Manage email services with ActionMailer. Handle background jobs using ActiveJob. Utilize Hotwire (Turbo, StimulusJs) ecosystem to enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Requirements 5+ years of full-stack Ruby on Rails development experience. Deep proficiency with Ruby and Rails frameworks. Extensive experience writing tests with RSpec, Minitest, and FactoryBot. Proven ability to effectively utilize AI-assisted coding tools.. Experience managing email automation and background jobs. Solid grasp of object-oriented design, clean coding practices, and software architecture. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience building and releasing gems. Experience with StimulusReflex and ActionCable, Elasticsearch or Opensearch.
