We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess a pleasing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. This role requires exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to manage a wide range of administrative tasks with discretion and efficiency. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and operations at all times. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics. Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen attention to detail. Manage and prioritize incoming communication (emails, calls, messages) and respond on behalf of the CEO as needed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are planned and executed efficiently. Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress, and providing updates to the CEO. Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items as required. Handle personal and professional tasks for the CEO, ensuring a seamless daily experience. Support marketing initiatives. Key Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting C-level executives. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A pleasing personality and a positive, proactive attitude that contributes to a supportive and collaborative work environment. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in designing tools and marketing tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to adjust to changing priorities.
