You’ll be responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of production according to the schedule, adhering to principles of Safety, Quality, and Cost, while guaranteeing standard costs. As a team leader, you will manage and implement all aspects of manufacturing high-quality products across different shifts at the Bogota plant. Manage plant resources efficiently and safely to achieve the metrics of the four fundamentals: EHS, QFS, Cost, and Service. This role is located in Bogota, Colombia. Build Effective Teams: Lead and develop operational personnel through training and communication to enhance team performance. We’re Looking for Someone With Degrees in Industrial, Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in Operations (Manufacturing or Logistics). Preferably 2 years of experience in continuous improvement systems (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar).
