Job Title: Administrador de Exchange Description: Softtek is seeking a skilled Server Administrator to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience recommended. - Strong background in service migrations and change implementation. - Familiarity with environments involving multiple Active Directory domains. - Ability to participate in design meetings and contribute to architectural decisions. - Proven capacity to handle high-impact incidents and liaise with vendors for resolution. - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities: - Design scalable and efficient solutions for Microsoft Exchange. - Lead or support the migration of services between Exchange environments. - Participate in design meetings to align infrastructure strategy and requirements. - Act as liaison with vendors to resolve critical and high-severity incidents. - Plan, coordinate, and implement changes in messaging infrastructure. - Manage and support several Active Directory environments. - Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for Exchange and AD configurations. - Collaborate with other infrastructure and support teams to ensure seamless integration.
