Role Overview We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive responsible for managing client relationships to maximize revenue growth across WBD’s portfolio. The role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and designing plans to promote the adoption and usage of premium and streaming products. Additionally, the account executive will support operational tasks such as contract management and monitoring. Key Responsibilities Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with legal and finance teams. Implement commercial initiatives to increase sales channels and foster customer adoption of premium and streaming services. Track key KPIs like net ads, sales, churn, and effectiveness to evaluate and adjust strategies. Monitor client performance and contract status within the distribution portfolio. Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, resolving issues and responding to inquiries promptly. Ensure administrative processes are followed for billing and contractual compliance. Regularly review market offerings, identify competitive trends, and explore growth opportunities. Maintain accurate contract uploads and approval workflows in the system. Qualifications & Experience University degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Tech or digital media background is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or related areas, preferably in telecommunications, entertainment, or streaming services. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities. Ability to build and sustain solid client relationships. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities efficiently. Deep knowledge of streaming products, market trends, and competitors is desirable. Languages: Advanced English (mandatory) and proficiency in Spanish.
