We currently have an opening for an Inside Sales and Pricing Representative. The ideal candidate will have recently graduated or be pursuing a degree in International Business or International Trade. It is well organized, customer-focused, and has good communication skills. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. Job Requirements: The expected length of relevant prior experience beyond formal education is 1 to 3 years in the freight forwarding industry . Detail and goal-oriented, proactive, and internally driven with a bias for action and problem-solving Able to manage workload, deadlines, and personnel effectively, including continuously changing priorities Highly developed oral and written communication skills Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking and writing Set up pricing quotations and meet both sales and margin projections Customer engagement and daily and consistent follow-up on existing leads Create an experience for the clients by offering all the best suitable options for their shipments Maintain accurate files and notes for all incoming requests on CRM Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships Demonstrate an ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment Able to juggle and complete multiple priorities and projects Team player and self-driven to get things done Ability to solve problems and desire to enhance career by developing new processes and truly “owning” an area of this business Job Responsibilities: Perform Administrative tasks: Answer telephones, screen calls, respond to inquiries, and/or refer callers accordingly Respond to customer requests on shipment costs and other information timely manner Generate quotes using quoting tools. Follow up with clients to ensure full service satisfaction on a continued basis Other duties as assigned by management **This position is for a US Company.
