1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, managing and optimizing the Kruger ServiceNow platform, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS - This positionreports to the IT Service Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ServiceNow Administration: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, adaptation, and integration with other systems as well as contributions to patching and testing activities - Incident and Problem Management: Manage and resolve incidents and problems related but not limited to ServiceNow, ensuring timely and effective solutions. - Service Catalog and Request Management: Develop and maintain the service catalog, manage service requests, and ensure a seamless user experience. - Change Management: Implement and manage change management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and minimizing disruptions. - Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the IT service management framework. - User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS - Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow administration and support. - Certifications: ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification preferred. - Experience with ITIL framework and best practices. - Knowledge of other IT service management tools and practices. - Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies. SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, adaptation, scripting, and integration with other IT systems. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
