If you like to work in a fast-paced environment, and full of challenges this is the place for you!What You Will Be DoingSupport the company in structuring and organizing local operations in Colombia.Identify and establish relationships with local payment providers, banks, and relevant business partners.Coordinate operational activities related to account openings, onboarding processes, documentation, and provider integration.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to align local efforts with the overall business strategy.Contribute with insights about the Colombian market to help prioritize initiatives and define next steps.Participate in the setup and improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.Act as the local point of contact for day-to-day operations and business matters.Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as the role evolves with market growth.Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in the payments industry, preferably in fintech, acquirers, or PSPs.Experience in operational or business-facing roles (e.g. operations, implementation, account management, or business development).Strong understanding of the Colombian payments landscape (banks, PSPs, wallets, processors).Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams and dynamic environments.A hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.Intermediate or advanced English skills.Willingness to grow and evolve in the role as the market and company needs expand.What we offer:A global environment with teammates living around the worldOpportunities in a fast-paced growing companyFlexible timeAt Eron International, everything starts with our values#Be Direct: we are direct and genuine in all situations#Be Owner: we treat the issues as true owners being accountable for the results#Be Curious: we always ask ourselves what we can do better without settling with the status quo#Be Hero Leader: lead by example, inspire and influence beyond formal roles.
