Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements. We are seeking a driven and passionate IT Recruitment & HR Specialist to join our growing team in Colombia. This role combines expertise in IT recruitment with HR business partnering skills, supporting our expansion into the LatAm region. You will collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. Responsibilities Lead the recruitment of specialized IT roles, including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com, and other technical positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn, networking, job boards, and referrals to attract qualified IT talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Screen candidates and match them to job specifications. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. Present offers and assist with salary and benefits discussions. HR Strategy & Employee Experience Act as an HR business partner supporting leadership in Colombia and LatAm. Ensure a positive and engaging work environment for employees. Address employee concerns and assist managers in resolving workplace issues. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Advise leadership on talent management, performance feedback, and employee development. Align HR initiatives with global best practices. Support employee engagement and retention strategies. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (both verbal and written). Proven experience in IT recruitment, particularly for roles like Oracle, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com, and other technical positions. Thorough understanding of IT procedures, industry trends, and enterprise technology landscapes. Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent management and employee relations. Ability to collaborate with business leaders and build strong working relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and related business software. Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia. Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation. Handle additional responsibilities as required. The role may be performed remotely or on-site at a client location, depending on project requirements. For remote work, employees are expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free workspace, including appropriate virtual backgrounds if needed. A reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential to ensure smooth communication and productivity. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR business partnering. Experience in the LatAm region.
