Upper Intermediate English level and higher (both verbal and written communication skills) Responsibilities: Agile Enablement: Embedding agile practices within the organization, coaching teams, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies, developing and implementing new processes, and streamlining workflows. Scrum Framework: Facilitating scrum events, ensuring the team understands and adheres to scrum principles, values, and practices. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and address impediments.
