We are seeking a talented Business Solution Architect to design innovative and scalable solutions that drive success in the domain of Patient Services and Innovative Medicine. As a key player in our team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring impactful outcomes across our organization. Responsibilities

Create and lead solution designs for internal customers in Patient Services and Innovative Medicine Support product owners/managers in scoping business needs and building future roadmaps Develop project rationale and perform feasibility assessments for potential projects Participate in global/regional workshops to gather and refine business requirements Ensure user experience is prioritized when designing solutions with Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalities Review and ensure detailed designs align with solution architectures and trace to functional/non-functional requirements Take accountability for Security and Compliance adherence within the Service Delivery scope Document solution designs with agility and ensure implemented solutions meet specifications and are fit for purpose Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Teams to plan and execute deployments Participate in decision-making discussions with internal stakeholder groups

Requirements

7+ years of experience in healthcare solution design, business analysis, or an equivalent role, especially in global, multi-team projects Strong practical functional knowledge of Salesforce features in Service Cloud and Health Cloud, with some technical familiarity with platform capabilities University degree in a business or technical field or relevant equivalent experience Background in Patient Services capability areas and pharmacovigilance-related controls Proficiency in organizational, communication, presentation, and writing skills across different management levels Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and matrix organizational structure Stakeholder management skills with a focus on driving results under tight timelines without compromising quality Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

Understanding of key Salesforce implementation methodologies and best practices Knowledge of relevant healthcare industry regulations and compliance landscapes Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies Background in analytics and reporting functionalities related to customer services Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external platforms and tools
