About the Role: Email & SMS Designer (eCommerce) We seek a highly skilled, detail-obsessed Email & SMS Designer with proven experience in eCommerce design. This role goes beyond making things look good. You'll be responsible for creating optimized, high-converting visual assets that elevate performance in Email & SMS campaigns. Responsibilities - Create visually compelling and conversion-optimized emails for eCommerce and direct-response campaigns. - Design and build static and animated assets (icons, GIFs, layouts, etc.) to support high-performing campaigns. - Build and code emails directly in Klaviyo—this includes slicing, resizing, and coding emails when needed. - Participate in A/B testing and iterate on design based on data and performance. - Maintain error-free and properly proofread deliverables before delivery. - Stay current on design trends and proactively contribute fresh ideas. - Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and strategists.
