The role is critical to generating qualified leads, expanding brand visibility, and driving ROI. You’ll have full ownership of ad budgets, creative testing, and campaign strategy with autonomy to innovate and the responsibility to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute end-to-end paid media campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and local brand awareness Prioritize lead generation while building brand awareness for our Miami clientele Own performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok, including retargeting and funnel optimization Develop full-funnel strategies: awareness, consideration, conversion, and retargeting. Implement tracking with GA4, Meta Pixel, UTM systems, and ad platform insights. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives tailored to our MedSpa audience Develop and manage media plans and budgets; forecast, track, and report key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, etc.) Run A/B tests for copy, visuals, and CTAs to continuously improve performance Implement analytics and attribution tools to monitor impact across the funnel Localize strategies to resonate with our exclusive clientele Proactively propose new channels, partnership opportunities, or strategic shifts. Stay current on platform changes, competitor activities, and audience trends Present performance insights and campaign recommendations clearly and consistently What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience digital marketing & paid media, with emphasis on lead gen (health, beauty, wellness, or luxury lifestyle). Proven success in lead generation campaigns , preferred in beauty, health, wellness, or lifestyle sectors Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and GA4 Self-motivated, autonomous, and committed to delivering results. Fluency in English communication skills Based in Colombia, with flexibility to work overlapping hours with Miami operations.
