Implement continuous improvement initiatives and foster team development to meet organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet established targets. - Supervise and evaluate production staff performance, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment. - Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the production process. - Identify improvement opportunities and lead process optimization projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. - Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, logistics, and quality to ensure integrated and efficient operations. - Effectively manage material and human resources, ensuring the availability of supplies and trained personnel. - Prepare regular reports on production performance and present improvement proposals to senior management. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Production Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years' experience in the manufacturing sector, in supervisory or production management roles. - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report preparation. - Skills in time management, effective communication, process analysis, and team leadership. - Basic English level, sufficient to understand technical documentation and communicate in work-related contexts. - Strong quality orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. - Availability and flexibility to work variable hours, especially during peak production seasons. - Personal values such as humility, empathy, and strong teamwork orientation. **Preferred Competencies**: - Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization tools. - Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. - Experience implementing occupational safety practices and regulatory compliance.
