About our partner On behalf of our partner C&A, a multinational retail clothing brand with stores across Europe, we are seeking the best talent to join rindus. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, headquartered in Düsseldorf (Germany). You will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home. What you'll be doing After an intensive selection process for a planning software, Anaplan was chosen for financial planning. Following a successful MVP, Anaplan is now being rolled out further to be used for all planning scenarios in the financial area and business navigation. This project will be supported by Anaplan and an external service provider. Internal capabilities will be involved to maintain and further develop the software independently later. The current team consists of an Anaplan Model Builder, a Product Manager, supported by an Integration Specialist. To complete this team, we are looking for a Senior Anaplan Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Take a steering role from the development side, working closely with our Business Analyst / Product Manager and Business Stakeholders. Bring deep Anaplan expertise into the team and organization; train and enable new resources. Support the implementation project in collaboration with the external partner. Define Anaplan solution designs, best practices, scope, and effort estimates for new model requests; review federated models. Own the configuration and maintenance of centralized models and the Data Hub, maintaining the data dictionary, and support defect resolution. Create and manage data models, calculations, and business logic. Develop and optimize planning processes and scenarios in collaboration with the Business Navigation team. Integrate data from various sources into the Anaplan model, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Test and validate the models to meet business requirements and performance expectations. Key Relationships: Internal relationships with IT colleagues and the business, as well as external service providers and directly with Anaplan. What you'll bring Deep experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Consultant, preferably in finance within the retail industry. Strong understanding of financial planning. Analytical skills and attention to detail. Good understanding of business processes and data flows. Ability to understand complex business problems and design effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, open to agile working, and proactive. Degree in informatics, economics, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in Anaplan. Experience in project work and project management support. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
