What goes for support our saying is that we’re there no matter when or where you need it The Role We’re expanding our 24/7 global support team, and we’re looking for a service-first Customer Service Representative to cover the US time zones (ET-PT) . This isn’t your typical support role where you’re stuck in a queue all day. Our case volume during these hours is currently low, so your main task is to be available and ready to act fast when a customer needs our help. When they do, response and resolution speed are key to your success. This gives you a lot of freedom to manage private chores during the day as long as you can be responding professionally and helping out customers in a matter of seconds after they reach out. You’ll be the bridge between our European CS team and US-based customers, ensuring someone is always available to help - no matter the hour. What You’ll Do Be on-call and responsive from 10 AM to 10 PM CST , assisting customers primarily in the US. Respond to issues within 30 seconds in that timeframe. Handle customer inquiries through intercom (no phone support). Collaborate with our European CS team to ensure smooth 24/7 handovers. Help us improve processes and FAQs by flagging recurring issues or confusing flows. Use Intercom to track and resolve issues. Occasionally support internal teams (e.g., flagging urgent bugs or billing issues). Who You Are Service-minded above all. Solving problems and helping others comes naturally to you. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service , ideally in tech, telecom, or fast-paced environments. Able to provide a reference from a past employer or client. Excellent written English (this is a must). Spoken English should be clear and understandable , since you’ll occasionally sync with the EU team. Comfortable with the long hours of standby, flexible availability, and working autonomously. Tech-savvy and curious: you enjoy learning tools and fast at figuring things out.
