Using creative candidate attractionstrategies, this position will be based on headhunting andattracting top talent to our business. What You Will Do: 1. Createcommunications to engage candidates through email, inMail, andphone outreach to establish relationships and build yournetwork/pipeline. 2. Train the team in techniques for Sales andCold Calls. 3. Come up with creative ways to increase theconversion of candidates into applicants. 4. Manage the team basedon KPIs and continuous improvement. 5. Build the team and conductperformance reviews. 6. Actively collaborate with differentmanagers to align priorities. 7. Help writing compelling JobDescriptions. Here's what we're looking for: 1. 5+ years ofexperience in Talent Recruitment. 2. Experience Leading Teams basedon KPIs and metrics to measure and increase the team’s performance.3. Experience in all full lifecycle recruiting componentsincluding, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicanttracking, closing offer processes, and relationship management. 4.Experience in the IT Industry head-hunting. 5.
