Job Description: As a Lemon Law Case Manager, you will support attorneys by overseeing the case management process for clients dealing with defective vehicles. You will coordinate and maintain case files, communicate with clients, manufacturers, and legal teams, and ensure that cases progress efficiently while meeting legal deadlines. Your role is essential in providing excellent client service and ensuring that cases are handled with precision and efficiency. Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or other related fields. Paralegal certification is a plus. Experience in case management, legal assistance, or paralegal work, preferably in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or civil litigation. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, consumer protection laws, and litigation processes. Familiarity with case management software, legal research tools, and CRM systems. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation and record-keeping. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft legal correspondence. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, manufacturers, and third parties. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Gather and organize essential case documents, including repair records, purchase agreements, and correspondence with manufacturers. Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and provide case updates. Assist attorneys in preparing demand letters, settlement proposals, and other legal documents. Submit and track Lemon Law claims with manufacturers and monitor responses. Manage case deadlines, ensuring timely filings and compliance with statutory requirements. Draft legal documents, including letters of representation and settlement agreements. Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, manufacturers, and opposing counsel. Maintain accurate records in case management software and CRM systems. Coordinate vehicle inspections, expert evaluations, and arbitration hearings as necessary. Follow up with clients and attorneys to ensure all case requirements are met before settlement or litigation. Prepare case summaries and reports for attorneys to support legal strategy and case progression. Job Type: Full-time Experience: - lemon law case management: 1 year (Required)
