About the Role This position will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales activities to build and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in identifying and targeting potential customers within specific industries or geographies aligned with our service offerings. - Key Responsibilities: - Qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals. - Conduct prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. - Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies, helping the sales team close deals by providing qualified leads and accurate prospect data. - Accurately track and manage leads and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and reporting consistency. - Work closely with account executives and senior sales managers to ensure smooth transition of leads and optimize sales processes. - Follow up on initial outreach to nurture relationships and set up meetings for sales executives. - Stay up-to-date on our IT services and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. - Monitor lead generation performance metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and sales pipeline health. - Provide regular feedback and reports to the sales team and management, including insights into lead quality and sales opportunities. - Engage in initial discovery conversations, positioning us as a solution provider based on the client's challenges and requirements.
