Job Description Manage suppliers, evaluate and audit them, and support the search and development of new suppliers. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance and service levels daily. Execute the purchasing process and manage the purchasing database. Analyze purchasing data and propose improvements to meet annual savings targets. Collaborate with the Global Strategy team to support business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Implement purchasing strategies for cost-effective supply of products and services. Perform other duties as assigned by the department head. Monitor procurement requests for materials, services, and processes daily, including raw materials, indirect materials, and subcontracting categories. Evaluate prices and negotiate with suppliers. Configure material items and enter data into the system. Create, evaluate, and manage supplier performance; visit suppliers as needed. Manage contracts. Monitor and control inventory levels. Maintain the integrity and quality of internal documents and databases. Initiate timelines and principles to achieve project objectives. Take responsibility for project initiatives and monitoring. Report daily issues to the supervisor or manager. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of purchasing experience. Bilingual in English with sourcing and purchasing skills. Strong negotiation skills for commercial agreements. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Market knowledge for local market development. Skills in managing short, medium, and long-term goals. Ability to improve processes and identify savings opportunities. Analytical skills. Technical product knowledge.
