Job Title: Lead Engineer – Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Location: Medellín, Colombia Type: Full-Time We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Application solutions (ERP, SCM, HCM). You will collaborate with the product team to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business goals and operational excellence. This role involves technical leadership, integration strategy, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities - Lead technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM) - Create technical specifications and design documents - Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems - Ensure scalability, performance, and security - Resolve complex technical issues and conduct peer reviews - Guide junior engineers and enforce best practices - Support planning, estimations, and technical risk management - Provide support for other internal systems and platforms Technical Skills - Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM) including security, configuration, extensibility, and reporting - Experience in SOAP/REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, Process Automation, and Visual Builder - Proficient in Oracle development tools, SQL, PL/SQL, Java - Strong reporting skills (RTF, eText, OTBI, HCM Extracts, BI folder security) - Knowledge of UI modification tools, flexfields, approvals, BPM, personalization - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology - Experience integrating Fusion with other enterprise systems - Knowledge of business processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire - Experience with technical documentation and code repositories Experience - 7–10 years working in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - 5+ years in Oracle PaaS (Integration Cloud, Visual Builder, Process Automation) - At least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud in a technical role - 3+ years in a team leadership role - Experience resolving issues in collaboration with Oracle and third-party vendors - Background in data integration, reporting, and performance optimization Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field - Strong communication and leadership skills - Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are a plus - Ability to work across teams, manage priorities, and drive results
