Responsible for driving growth strategies with concentration in conservation of customers, and leading country teams to achieve the business goals for direct marketing channels (Consumer Business Distribution), being a strategy data-driven partner that will create tests and experiments to positively influence conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for improvement in NWP and profitability of consumer campaigns across the region. Constant monitoring of all consumer lines campaigns across the region considering business profitability Accountable for Implement Lapse reduction plan across the region and identify new opportunities for retention strategies. Identify improvement opportunities for Converted Rate/Billing Collection strategy. Constant monitoring of KPIs in Direct Marketing business focus on improvements. Coach and guide local Consumer Lines teams in the implementation and monitoring of initiatives. Requirements BA/BSc in Business, Economics, Statistics Business, Marketing, or another related field. Strong analytical skills and understanding of insurance business metrics; ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data. Strong skills in preparing and delivering multidisciplinary teamwork; consolidate large amount of information into cohesive, accurate and crystal-clear presentations. Strong organizational skills: ability to manage his/her own work independently and in collaboration with distributed teams. Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems. Leadership Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Advanced business development skills. Advanced knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language. Portuguese good to have. Experience Knowledge of the Insurance industry and product’s mass distribution. At least 2 years of prior on similar positions Multidisciplinary team work
