Job summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys throughout the life cycle of plaintiff Personal Injury cases, including auto and truck accidents, and premises liability (slip & fall). The ideal candidate will have strong persuasive writing skills, a deep understanding of the litigation process in the U.S., and excellent communication skills to work directly with clients and external stakeholders. Qualifications - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury litigation (required). - Practical knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation case management. - Strong persuasive writing and communication skills. - Proven experience drafting demand letters and settlement materials. Responsibilities - Assist attorneys with investigations to determine at-fault parties and liability. - Maintain frequent communication with clients, gathering updates regarding medical treatment progression and economic losses. - Collect and organize medical records, billing records, and other supporting documentation related to damages.
