Job Summary GP Strategies is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager based in Latin America (LATAM) to support our client account. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and is passionate about delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams across global time zones. Fluency in English—both spoken and written—is essential, as this role involves frequent collaboration with global stakeholders and reporting to English-speaking leadership. Working Scheme: remote. Temporary contract - ending in December 2025. Main Activities: Project Planning & Execution - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders. - Facilitate regular status meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Gather and incorporate feedback to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Risk & Issue Management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Proactively resolve issues and escalate when necessary to ensure project continuity. Process & Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. - Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements. Technology, AI & Innovation - Leverage project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint) to streamline workflows. - Explore and apply AI-powered tools to enhance project tracking, reporting, and communication. - Stay current on industry trends and contribute to internal communities of practice. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field. - Strong previous experience managing projects in a corporate or tech environment. - Proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in matrixed organizations. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Project, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). - Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse cultural and organizational dynamics. - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies. - Experience working at Microsoft or a comparable large-scale, matrixed tech organization is highly preferred. - Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
