Join our Global Talent Acquisition Team based in Colombia. **Main Activities**: - Capable to give support the recruitment process in Latam (Technology, Automation, Digital Transformation, Sales&Marketing; and Corporative roles). - Connect and understand our business challenges and priorities to define strategies to attract the best talent while building strong relationship and collaboration with the HRBP and hiring managers - Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm the desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position - Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs. - Experience with ATS (Workday, BrassRing, etc) - Highly preferred -experience with recruiting strategies and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc) **Requeriments**: - Bachelor´s Degree - At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and knowledge in Full Life Cycle Recruiting. - Experience with ATS (Workday, BrassRing, etc) - Highly preferred -experience with recruiting strategies and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc) - Great communication skills and interpersonal relationships - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Fluent English.
