Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager, Architecture. As a key member of the CALA AD&C; team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional properties that delight our guests and reflect the unique cultures of their geographical locations. You will be responsible for executing the Architecture process across Hilton's brand portfolio in the Caribbean and Latin America. This includes overseeing the pre-signing phase for new construction and reuse of company-managed, franchised assets, and collaborating with Project Management & Design Leads to guide the architectural development of projects. In this role, you will also provide technical expertise by reviewing site plans and architectural drawings within project lifecycle, creating customized area programs for Hilton brands, and preparing internal and external reports as required. Required Skills and Qualifications - Eight (8) years of architectural experience. - Five (5) years of experience as an architect in the hospitality industry. - Proficiency with Bluebeam Revue for architectural document comparison, management, and collaboration. - Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish. - Travel 40% or more. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Development to develop and implement fire life safety strategies for conversions, reuse, and new construction projects. - Partnering with Ownership, AD&C; Leadership, and Corporate Stakeholders to align projects with brand standards, fire life safety requirements, and broader strategic objectives. - Managing the architectural project lifecycle across brands, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and fire & life safety local codes and regulations.
