About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI Engineer to join the “One EverHealth” initiative. This role is primarily focused on business intelligence with a strong emphasis on Google Looker and includes some exposure to data engineering. You will be responsible for building and enhancing visualizations and dashboards for business users across multiple departments, leveraging data from various sources (., HubSpot, marketing platforms). You'll collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data is translated into valuable insights. What you Bring • Google Looker Experience (Primary BI tool in this role — must be highly proficient). • Strong understanding of Looker modeling best practices, version control, and project organization. • Ability to translate business questions into scalable data visualizations. • Power BI experience • SQL: Comfortable querying large-scale datasets. • Data Warehousing: Experience with Redshift or other cloud data warehouses. • Understanding of data modeling and dimensional design. • Experience building and managing data models with DBT. • Airflow Experience: • Capable of writing Python scripts for ETL tasks, data validation, or API integrations. • Familiar with data manipulation libraries like pandas. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
