Key Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate air freight shipments from origin to delivery. - Ensure full TSA compliance and act as the audit point of contact. - Manage bookings, airway bills, tracking, and ground coordination. - Resolve service issues and maintain proactive communication with partners. - Collaborate with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, and internal teams. Required Experience - Min 1 year as a Planner in a Freight Forwarder, focused on air freight. - Strong knowledge of TSA regulations, airline cargo processes, and freight forwarding operations. - Proficiency in TMS platforms and Google Workspace tools. - Self-driven and capable of working under time-sensitive conditions. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
