Our diverse team of curious, open, and hard-working individuals is committed to cultivating a fast-paced, agile culture that values personal and professional growth. **About the role**: **Responsibilities**: - Oversee forecasting, planning and analysis (FP&A;), inclusive of month / quarter-end close, budget submissions, flashes, variance commentaries etc and managing against the global budget target. - Lead financial performance monitoring and improvement plans. - Develop and implement business and process improvements within finance and the broader organization as appropriate to scale the business. (Ex.
