This is a 100% remote role from EMEA or LATAM! Who We Are Looking For As a Senior Account Executive at GlobalVision, you'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying, sourcing, and closing high-potential opportunities. Leveraging your consultative sales expertise in software, you'll manage a blend of inbound leads and self-sourced prospects to build a strong pipeline. You'll also collaborate closely with internal teams to meet ambitious targets and contribute to GlobalVision's mission. The Role Position the value of GlobalVision's software to new prospects and current accounts Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers Build relationships with executives at all levels within your market segment to close business with new and existing customers at or above the quota level Dissect and qualify prospects' business goals to determine if GlobalVision can be a strategic investment for their business growth Lead the full sales cycle, from initial interest to customer success Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products Deliver value to our customers by building trust and maintaining strong relationships, learning about their business priorities, and guiding them on how to best leverage GlobalVision's platform Deploy and onboard GlobalVision's software to new and existing customers Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future Mentor and coach Account Executives and junior representatives on the sales team Indicators that you could be a good match for this role 5+ years experience in managing sales accounts (B2B) and business development Proven track record of hitting quotas and generating and closing complex, technical software sales cycles Nice to haves Experience with SalesForce You thrive partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships and aligning key stakeholders company-wide at each stage of the sales lifecycle You are a resourceful and creative problem solver when discovering the business needs of your customers and understanding how GlobalVision plugs into the bigger picture for them Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills Quebec candidates must be fluent in English and French.
