We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team at s-advancio-inc. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and designing intuitive and accessible solutions that meet both user and business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and/or mobile platforms. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing. - Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle. - Work closely with UI Designers and Developers to ensure a seamless implementation of design solutions. - Maintain and contribute to a design system to ensure consistency and scalability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX Design or a related field, a strong portfolio showcasing UX work, proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
