As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for driving top talent to Parser's experience via innovative attraction strategies. The Impact You'll Make: - Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance. - Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes that lead to quality hires. - Improve upon existing recruiting processes and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent. What You'll Bring To Us: - At least 4 years of experience recruiting different tech and data profiles in a fast-paced environment or within an IT/software company. - Experience working on a variety of roles/levels both at national and international markets. - Strong networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen. - Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
